Carl Michael, Allmänna Gränd 3. The Swedish poet Carl Michael Bellman gave the restaurant its name. Swedish home cooking such as stuffed cabbage, herring, beef stew and preserved salmon. Eat lunch here!
Kulturhuset, Sergelstorg. On floors 3 and 5 you can find lunch restaurants along the glassed façade, which look out over the city! Here you will find people of all ages, friends as well as families with children.
Järnet, Dining Room and Bar, Österlånggatan 34-36. Nice atmosphere and excellent food.
Urban Deli, at Nytorget. Here you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner – and by fresh food for your own cooking. Great courses, cooked with a lot of fantasy. Always crowded.

Restaurang Pelikan, Blekingegatan 40. One of Stockholm’s oldest restaurants. Serve swedish home-style food. Reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed.
Bistro Ruby, Österlånggatan 14 and Bistro Ruby Grill next door. One of the city’s best bets. Not cheap, but well-cooked.
Pubologi, Nybrogatan 20. Pub-Fine dining-Bar-Fusion food. New with the best recommendations. 2 minutes walk from Castanea.
